At Peak Performance Apex, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness gear, supplements, and performance products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

Faulty or defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement product

Store credit

Refund
Customers may be required to return the item before a refund or replacement is issued. Return shipping costs may apply.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
4. Supplements & Consumable Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for supplements or consumable products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Unopened supplements may be returned if they meet the standard return conditions.
5. Activewear & Apparel Returns
Activewear items may be returned if:

They are unworn

Tags are still attached

They are returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.
6. Gym Equipment Returns
Gym equipment can be returned if:

The item is unused

All parts and packaging are included

The equipment has not been assembled or used
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for gym equipment returns.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened supplements

Used gym equipment

Worn apparel

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items returned outside the return window
8. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us with the following information:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
9. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Returns are processed within 2–5 business days

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
10. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping for all returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Peak Performance Apex cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
